Advanced Training
The Refined Beauty Way
Refined Beauty is a teaching salon dedicated to developing exceptional talent. All of our artists undergo a comprehensive 13-week training program, which includes weekly one-on-one mentorship and a structured digital course. Experienced stylists are carefully evaluated based on their skills and expertise to determine their starting level within our company. Newly licensed professionals will receive an additional 13 weeks of advanced training to accelerate their career growth, equipping them with the tools and techniques to consistently deliver beautiful results using The Refined Beauty Way.
The primary goals of our Salon Level System within Refined Beauty is to provide a career path of growth, reward, and achievement. Earn as much as you want! You are an in control as an ‘intrapreneur’
Protege
6-9 Months Training | $15/Hr 30K+ Annual Potential Earnings
Yes, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability and lifestyle. To assist with helping you grow a successful business commit to a consistent schedule each quarter. Typically we start all new hires at 25 hours to help grow book of business. After successfully completing 90 days, full-time schedule is available. Choose from half days to ten hour shifts. Most team members work three to four days. Keep in mind, the quickest way to grow your business based on clients needs is weekends and evenings
Compensation is tailored to each position based on experience, pricing, and responsibilities. We guarantee competitive pay, starting at a minimum of $15 per hour plus gratuity. Our goal is for service providers to exceed this rate through commission, typically reaching $22+ per hour within three months. There’s no cap on your earning potential—your income grows as your skills and clientele grow.
We offer a range of benefits including health insurance with 50% contribution of base plan for full-time employees after 90 day employment, AllyHealth for all employees, and employee discounts and services.
Our training program is designed to help you excel in your role and grow within the company. All new hires are required to go through a training program which consists of product knowledge, processes and systems of the business, professional development, advanced techniques. Our program is designed to be completed within six months. Qualified candidates will be able to serve customers as quickly as two weeks of hire. New hire is required to bring in ten models within the first month.
