Salon Policies

At Refined Beauty, we pride ourselves on being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have any questions about any policy below please feel free to contact our team.

Appointment Confirmation

As a courtesy, we will email and text a reminder to the information on your profile and confirm your service appointments 72 hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

Refined Beauty is committed to providing exceptional service. Unfortunately, when one client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Cancellation at Refined Beauty is permitted up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. If cancelling appointment less than 24 hours a 50% total service will be charged to card on file. If no-show there will be a 100% service charge charged to the card on file. If canceling appointment more than two times we require a reservation fee of 100% your service request to schedule.

Appointment reminders go out 72 hours in advance to the email on file and 48 hours text message to the number on file.

Service Adjustments

We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and strive to ensure that every guest who leaves Refined Beauty is 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result of your service, we would be more than happy to make any needed adjustments within one week of your last appointment. Refined Beauty does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact your stylist or the owner within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. Please note that Refined Beauty does not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with service. If requesting a new technician, this may incur an additional charges as well.

Product Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase if the product is unused, we will issue a refund up to 30 days after purchase. If a product is up to 1/3 used, exchange it for a new product up to 30 days after the purchase date. If the product is damaged, we will exchange it for a new product up to three months after the purchase date.

Children’s Policy

We welcome children with a scheduled appointment. However, for safety reasons, we ask that children under 12 years of age without an appointment stay home. Our salon floor is full of sharp objects and hot tools, and we do not want your little one getting hurt while you are receiving your service! Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
